Tom’s entrepreneurial spirit and keen business sense lends well to his role as a Leadership Specialist. He has a deep understanding of the challenges many people in business face today, as well as the expertise to convey simple solutions that really work. Tom believes that organizations work just as any natural living system, continuously self–organizing and renewing based on the changing needs of all the interrelated parts. His unique ability to reach people at every level of an organization has helped notable companies face critical changes with success.

Whether growing his retail business to a successful chain, leading a struggling company to record success as the C.O.O or traveling the world with his family, Tom enjoys a unique scope of personal and professional accomplishments gained from thirty years of experience. He has worked with such companies as Crown Packaging, NASA, Smith Barney, OK Tire, Betts Global, Roche Pharmaceutical, and Canadian Ministries: Federal and Provincial. In addition to coaching senior management teams and executives, in both large and small companies, he has facilitated thousands of employees and managers through leadership and envisioning sessions in Canada, United States and Europe.

Tom has had the opportunity to work with such thought provoking leaders as Dr. Stephen Covey and Dr. Spencer Johnson to design and implement leadership and organizational change processes. He is just completing his first two books, ‘QUICK! FIX THE HIPPO, Leadership instincts and organizational ecosystems’, and UBUNTU, ‘The Village Where Everything Is Possible’. These unique storytelling books offer a vision for people in organizations to develop work environments where high levels of engagement, creativity, self-organization and peak performance become the norm. The stories use the natural ecosystem of the African Serengeti as a teacher.

“Let your imagination take you on a journey into the future, experience the possibilities; your instincts will awaken..”
